Warehouse Supervisor - Food Production


Location: Bawnbua, Northern Ireland
Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days out of 7 (Flexible shifts)
Salary: 30,000- 33,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
We're seeking a hands-on, organised, and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at a fast-paced food production site. Based in the heart of Northern Ireland's agri-food sector, this is a key role with an employer known for its commitment to quality, efficiency, and staff development.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations across goods in/out, stock control, and dispatch.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse and hygiene operatives.
  • Monitor pick accuracy, order fulfilment, and productivity KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
  • Work closely with production, transport, and quality teams to maintain workflow.
  • Train new staff and deliver refresher coaching on processes and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and shift reports.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, food production, or logistics setting.
  • Strong understanding of stock control, WMS systems, and food hygiene compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physically fit and capable of supporting manual operations when needed.
  • Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
