Job description

My client is looking for two Warehouse Supervisors to oversee a small workforce in a home delivery depot for a furniture business on Fradley Park.

TWO ROLES: Morning's (Apply online only) OR Afternoons (Apply online only)

Job Purpose

Supporting the Home Delivery shift manager and Home delivery Operations Manager to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient daily management of the warehouse Operations to motivate and develop the teams reporting into them and reduce errors and avoidable cost to the business.

Essential qualities and behaviours we're looking for

• Good communicator who's able to positively engage with team members and relevant stakeholders.
• Excellent motivation skills; able to identify and address staff issues and concerns.
• Must be able to lead by example and champion the values of the Company.
• Must have good attention to detail and a passion to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Travel will be essential to multiple depots to assist with training as and when needed
