Job Description - Warehouse Supervisor (Goods In)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of goods-in associates in a fast-paced warehouse, planning container deliveries, container offloading, and booking in all deliveries.
• Identify delivery issues and communicate with other departments, highlighting any issues.
• Update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure all transactions are 100% accurate.
• Support the development and improvement of warehouse operations.
• Operate in a multifunctional warehouse environment, with deployment to Goods In, Track packing, and the Export delivery areas as needed.
• Ensure the team is multi-skilled, flexible, and forward-thinking.

Training & Development

We constantly aim to upskill our associates and have an in-house training team dedicated to this task. This development could include training to operate machinery, such as forklift trucks, and in-depth training on items such as manual handling and WMS interaction.
