Responsibilities:

Overseeing all aspects of Warehousing working in line with the Logistics Department.
Oversee warehouse operations in alignment with established procedures.
Maintain operating areas and equipment to meet cleanliness and compliance standards.
Ensure materials meet all quality requirements.
Coordinate timely delivery of materials to production in line with planning schedules.
Manage inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards within operations.
Ensure team members carry out daily tasks effectively.
Monitor adherence to equipment safety requirements and PPE usage.
Complete and maintain accurate daily records and documentation.
Support training and development plans for team members to maintain required standards.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse functions.
Track and report logistics performance against key targets.
Assist in the continuous improvement of equipment, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Conduct risk assessments within logistics and operational areas.
