PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Birmingham Distribution Centre. You will lead a busy warehouse team to meet KPIs, ensure orders are fulfilled safely, securely and on time, and maintain standards in line with ISO, GDP, Health and Safety and MHRA regulations.

The role requires standing/walking, lifting up to 15 kg, and offering training and development opportunities, with a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri 08:00-16:00) and every second Sunday;

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.
• Proven warehouse experience.
• An understanding of Health & Safety laws.
• Leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well organised.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team to meet KPIs and improve productivity.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled safely, securely and on time.

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative or Supervisor who is looking for a new career?, We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our existing team in our Birmingham Distribution Centre. You will be working within a busy warehouse supporting your team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) that ensure we exceed our customers' expectations. You will ensure all operations are carried out with a high level of attention to detail which is crucial to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a safe, secure and timely manner. You will ensure all standards are in line with ISO, GPD, Health and Safety and MHRA regulations and guidelines alongside managing your local budget. To succeed in this role warehouse supervisory experience is essential. In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch. Working Pattern 40 hours per week Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:00 Every second Sunday
