Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including goods receipt and returns.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory control.

• Drive improvements in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate staffing and shift patterns to meet fluctuating order volumes.
• Report daily KPIs and warehouse performance metrics to management.

Location: Rotherham (Multiple Sites)

Department: Operations

Reports to: Head of Operations

Salary: £35,000

Hours: Full-time 42.5 hours a week, with flexibility to work across multiple sites that can work 6am - 6pm.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities across multiple sites in Rotherham. This role will focus on ensuring efficient processing of eCommerce orders and phone orders for our retail stores, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple locations
• Lead a team of warehouse operatives, providing support, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatching of eCommerce and retail orders
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including goods receipt and returns
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory control to ensure accuracy
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards at all sites
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Desirable:

• Experience with eCommerce and/or retail order fulfillment
• Forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
• First Aid or Health & Safety qualification
