Job summary

IFGlobal is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our weekend warehouse operation in Poole. You will drive day-to-day performance, coach staff, and ensure safe, efficient operations with strong focus on quality. The role offers hands-on leadership and opportunity to grow within a expanding business, with weekend pattern Saturday to Wednesday.

• Previous warehouse or operational experience, ideally with some team leadership responsibility.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with focus on quality and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day performance of the warehouse team.
• Organise workloads and staffing to keep the operation running effectively.
• Support, coach and develop team members, including induction of new starters.
• Hold regular team catch-ups, providing feedback and maintaining strong communication.
• Maintain high standards across Health & Safety, quality, PPE and housekeeping.
• Take ownership of operational issues as they arise, escalating where appropriate.

About the role

As our operation continues to grow, we’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Operations team and help lead our expanding weekend operation.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their warehouse career, develop their leadership experience and grow with the business. You’ll lead from the floor, supporting the team and taking ownership of the day-to-day operation to ensure we deliver safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

What you’ll do

• Lead the day-to-day performance of the warehouse team.

Benefits/Package

• Working Pattern: Saturday - Wednesday
• Hours per week: 40 hours, 08:30- 17:30 (Sunday 07:00-16:00)
• Salary: £14.21 p/h
