Warehouse Supervisor The Job Role

Responsible for managing a team from 10-20 warehouse operatives on a consistent basis.

Follow target driven KPIs and maximise the output from your team.

Demonstrate the ability to communicate with alternative departments stock, goods in and inventory.

Conduct daily team briefs and plan out work load while in constant dialogue with the Warehouse Manager.

Produce daily KPI reports driven from the business objectives.

Warehouse Supervisor The Person

Experience managing a team of warehouse operatives consistently monitoring KPIs and process improvement skills.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills to deliver clear objectives.

Must be pro-active and keen to learn other tasks.

Perfect for Supervisor/Team Leader experience

Full UK Licence
