Overview

Warehouse Supervisor - Permanent

Work pattern - 4 SHIFTS ON / 4 SHIFTS OFF over 8 week rotation; 6am-6:30pm. Salary £33k + Benefits.

Gentech are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Antrim for a Warehouse Supervisor. Our client requires an enthusiastic self-starter with supervisory experience in a fast moving warehousing environment. With high quality organisational skills you will be able to coordinate all shift activities and maintain warehouse and operations with a positive leadership approach. Ability to arrange staff rotas/cover to create a proactive environment with efficient product work flow. Implement company policies and procedures, enforce health and safety regulations and ensure all workers follow proper procedures.

• Previous Supervisor experience

• Determined and able to use your own initiative with a responsible approach to work
• Proven track record of effective multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be able to motivate and inspire a team to work effectively under pressure
• Professional and responsible customer focused attitude
• Good numerical, literacy, accuracy and English communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns and working hours including weekends and statutory holidays

Desirable skills

• Warehouse Team Lead experience at least 3 years
