Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in a busy warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including stock control, inventory management using SAP or a similar ERP system, and ensuring safe handling of goods. A hands-on, practical mindset and the ability to work flexibly throughout the day are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate warehouse operatives to meet daily targets.
• Manage goods in/out, stock movement, and inventory accuracy using SAP or ERP system.
• Ensure all forklift operations are conducted safely and efficiently (CB licence support provided).
• Perform approximately 1 hour of admin and reporting work daily using Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Take ownership of daily problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Support wider warehouse operations with ad hoc tasks as required.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.
• Communicate clearly with other departments and report any issues in a timely manner.

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory warehouse role.
• Strong people management skills and a team-focused approach.
• Competence with ERP or stock control systems (SAP experience preferred).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Forklift experience desirable (training provided if needed).
• Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible and proactive attitude to tasks and responsibilities.
