Warehouse Supervisor - Milton Keynes - PM

Pertemps is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Distribution client based in Milton Keynes.

Salary: £33,000

Hours: 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm


Our client is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor for the team in Milton Keynes. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for leading the pick/pack operations and driving team performance, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across the warehouse. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, your key duties will include:


- Recruiting, training, and motivating team members to meet operational targets.
- Monitoring daily warehouse activities and adapting to workload priorities.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies
- Maintaining health and safety standards and promoting a clean, secure working environment.
- Overseeing stock control, rotation, and shelf management to prevent waste and maximise accuracy.
- Reviewing operating procedures and contributing to cost-effective improvements.
- Managing documentation, overtime planning, and performance metrics across the team.
- Acting as a key holder with responsibilities for security, opening/closing, and emergency callouts.
