Warehouse Supervisor - Goods In / Goods Out | Malvern | Up to £30,000

Location: Malvern, Full-Time | Permanent Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + Benefits

A growing Malvern-based company providing installation and maintenance services to commercial and industrial businesses across the UK is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor. This is a hands-on position overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse, with a particular focus on Goods In / Goods Out operations and logistics.

Your Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in keeping operations flowing smoothly by:

  • Supervising store-persons to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and health & safety compliance
  • Overseeing the coordination of daily warehouse and yard operations, including inbound and outbound goods
  • Managing inventory, labelling, and maintaining optimal stock levels
  • Planning and coordinating transport and logistics to meet tight delivery times
  • Operating counterbalance forklift trucks to move stock safely around the site
  • Conducting regular audits, inspections, and identifying process improvements

  • Strong experience in Goods In / Goods Out processes
  • Sound understanding of logistics and supply chain coordination
  • A process-oriented mindset with a firm grasp of warehouse safety practices

  • A full driving licence (due to location)
