Working Hours and Days:

• 5 days per week
• Varied working hours

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inbound processing operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, focusing on UPH and stock throughput while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not essential.
• Proven supervisory experience in operations, ideally within processing or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics and data analysis skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
