Job description

My client is looking for two Warehouse Supervisors to oversee a small workforce in a home delivery depot for a furniture business on Fradley Park. There are two roles available: Morning’s 0530-1400 OR Afternoons 1400-2230.

It is a dynamic and fast moving environment where you will lead from the front and supervise a small team of picker/packer FLT drivers.

Job Purpose

Supporting the Home Delivery shift manager and Home delivery Operations Manager to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient daily management of the warehouse Operations to motivate and develop the teams reporting into them and reduce errors and avoidable cost to the business.

• Excellent motivation skills; able to identify and address staff issues and concerns.
• Must be able to lead by example and champion the values of the Company.

• Travel will be essential to multiple depots to assist with training as and when needed
