We’re currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing, forward-thinking business based in North Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor or an ambitious Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activity, managing stock, supporting the wider team and driving performance. Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day running of the warehouse as a confident and capable Warehouse Supervisor

Lead, support and motivate a small team in a Team Leader capacity

Carry out regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory

Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes

Complete quality control checks on goods coming in and going out

Use initiative to identify and resolve issues quickly

Manage your own diary, workload and team priorities

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader in a warehouse or logistics setting

A hands-on approach and ability to lead by example

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot areas for improvement

Confident in making decisions and using initiative

Comfortable with basic IT systems and warehouse software

A positive attitude and strong team ethic
