Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead, motivate and develop our clients busy warehouse team. You’ll oversee daily operations to ensure products are received, stored and dispatched safely, accurately and on time, meeting strict quality and customer service standards.

Key responsibilities:

Supervise and support Warehouse Operatives, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of all warehouse activities.

Maintain high standards of health & safety, housekeeping and stock control.

Oversee picking, packing, loading and dispatch to meet delivery deadlines.

Work closely with Customer Service and Demand Planning teams to prioritise orders.

Carry out regular quality checks, stock counts and ensure accurate documentation.

Lead by example to build a positive, productive team culture.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP and company policies.

About you:

Proven experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership.

Strong understanding of warehouse processes, quality standards and health & safety.

FLT licence (counterbalance and pivot steer) preferred.

Organised, adaptable and able to motivate a team to meet deadlines.
