• Oversee efficient and safe stock movement, ensuring compliance with branch operating procedures and timescales.
• Maintain security and audit compliance for company commercial vehicles.
• Ensure targets for picking, packing, and goods movement are consistently met.
• Promote and maintain high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety compliance.
• Manage and maintain equipment, including PPE and manual handling tools, reporting any issues promptly.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in managing the team, addressing performance gaps, and driving continuous improvement.
• Train, develop, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team objectives.
