Overview

Warehouse Supervisor - Full-Time

Location: Hull

Hours: 42 hours/week, Monday-Friday (start between 6:00am-8:00am). Some Saturdays will be required

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Clients fast-paced warehouse in Hull. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in warehouse operations, particularly in goods in/out, inventory management, and team supervision.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead from the front, supporting, motivating, and coordinating a small team to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe handling of goods. This is a practical role with responsibility for both daily workflow and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily Goods In and Goods Out operations
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and order fulfilment
  • Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, leading by example
  • Maintain high standards of organisation, safety, and efficiency
  • Monitor and improve warehouse processes and performance
  • Use ERP systems to manage stock movement and records (MS Dynamics or similar)
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a fast-moving warehouse environment
  • Proven background in inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
  • Competent with ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics)
  • Flexible, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining high standards
