Due to continued growth, I am currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to work with a well-established engineering company near Halesowen. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will support the Warehouse Manager with the daily operations of the warehouse.

Working Hours For The Warehouse Supervisor

Monday to Friday (7:30 am - 4:00 pm)

Duties Of The Warehouse Supervisor

• Using internal booking systems (Infor booking)
• Liaising with customers and suppliers
• Dealing with queries & rectifying potential issues
• Operating warehouse equipment such as FLT, pallet trucks, & cranes
• Wrapping as needed (weighbridge)
• Providing mentorship and training for new starters
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
• Performing stock checks
• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies

Candidate Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader (Essential)
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as FLTs and overhead cranes (Essential)
• Ability to mentor teams effectively (Essential)
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (Desirable)
