Job summary

JobsTrackR in London is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations, support production activities and drive safety and efficiency across the site.

You will oversee team members, coordinate stock control and logistics, and assist with fabrication using beam saw and CNC equipment in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor position.
• Experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment.
• Beam saw and CNC machine experience.
• Counterbalance FLT experience and confidence operating a forklift truck.

Responsibilities

• Supervising warehouse operations and planning workload to ensure orders and deliveries are on time.
• Leading Warehouse Operatives, Drivers and Site Supervisors to promote a safe, productive environment.
• Supporting fabrication of customer orders, including cutting and drilling using beam saw and CNC equipment.

• Coordinating logistics, monitoring project progress and maintaining accurate records.

Warehouse Supervisor

The Company

Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a background in manufacturing, production or warehouse operations?

We're working with a leading supplier of specialist building materials and cladding solutions. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse, supporting production activities and leading a team to deliver high levels of service, safety and efficiency.

This Warehouse Supervisor role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands‑on environment and has experience operating beam saws, CNC machinery and counterbalance forklifts.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising warehouse operations and planning workload to ensure customer orders and deliveries are completed on time
• Leading Warehouse Operatives, Drivers and Site Supervisors while promoting a safe and productive working environment
• Supporting the fabrication of customer orders, including the cutting and drilling of cladding panels using beam saw and CNC equipment
• Managing stock, goods-in activities, consumables and quarterly stock takes
• Coordinating logistics, monitoring project progress and maintaining accurate operational records and reporting

This Warehouse Supervisor position offers a combination of team leadership, warehouse management and hands‑on production support.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this Warehouse Supervisor role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor position
• Experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment
• Beam saw and CNC machine experience
• Counterbalance FLT experience and confidence operating a forklift truck (expired licences can be renewed)

• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
