Qualifications

• Proven supervisor or Team Leader experience within a busy warehouse environment.
• Current valid in date FLT Counterbalance licence.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Computer literate and familiar with WMS.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.

• Measure, supervise and report on warehouse activities and employee performance.
• Suggest and implement continuous improvement ideas to drive productivity.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is at the highest level through excellence in receiving, picking and dispatching products.

Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing Distribution client in Cirencester, GL7.

• £30,000 per annum
• 0830 – 1700 Monday-Friday (37.5 hour week)
• Temporary to Permanent
