Warehouse Supervisor Duties

• Responsible for managing warehouse operatives within their department and overseeing overall departmental operations.
• Ensure that the quality standards for equipment leaving the department are consistently met.
• Manage workload efficiently, meet strict deadlines, and prioritize tasks according to business needs.
• Record and address missing or damaged equipment, coordinating with relevant departments.
• Manage the return stock process to ensure smooth equipment flow within the department.
• Promote continual improvement and development within the department.

Required Experience and Skills

• Hands-on experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in team leading, supervision, or management.
• Ability to work effectively in challenging and high-pressure environments.
• Leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and work as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, reliable, flexible, and hardworking.
• Proactive in improving processes and procedures (Continuous Improvement).
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in the hire/rental industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency in PC applications.
