• Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• Location: HM Prison Eccleshill ST21 6LQ

PLEASE NOTE: This role is based within a prison. You will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process if you are to be successful for this position. Tp be considered for this role you must have been living in the UK for the last 3 years

At DHL, we manage the picking, packing and distribution of these orders.

We're now looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who will play an integral role in the prisoners' lives, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Assisting the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation (based on-site at the prison)
• Line management of the Warehouse Team Leaders and overall supervision of the prisoners whilst they are at work
• Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety as well as prison rules and regulations
• Staff training and inductions
• Meeting and exceeding operational targets

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Can provide three years of current UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance)
• Are comfortable working in a prison environment, alongside inmates
• Have previous experience leading, managing or supervising a team
• Are IT literate to enable accurate and timely reporting
• Have a can-do attitude, right first time and passionate approach
