Warehouse Supervisor - Corby

Are you a natural leader with a knack for logistics? Join our dynamic team in Corby as a Warehouse Supervisor and help us keep operations running smoothly!

Our Corby-based operation is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and manage daily warehouse activities. You will lead and coordinate shift teams to ensure customer requirements and operational targets are met to the highest standards.

This role is Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work allocation to ensure efficient operations and meet all requirements.
  • Ensure well-trained cover for sickness and holidays; monitor and record lateness or absenteeism, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Complete monthly audits.
  • Conduct monthly 121 meetings with team members.
  • Lead daily shift briefs on safety updates and concerns.
  • Ensure colleagues follow Work Instructions and maintain high performance standards.
  • Enforce Health and Safety regulations on site.
  • Drive continuous improvement through GEMBA and 5S methodologies.
Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have experience in fast-paced warehousing environments, managing teams, and using WMS systems. Resilience, motivation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.
