Warehouse Supervisor

Pay Range/details: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum (shift dependent)

Contract Type: Permanent

Omega are supporting a leading and innovative company in their search for a skilled and experienced Supervisor to work alongside the existing management team to oversee and co-ordinate operations in our Coleraine based meat processing plant.

Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Supervisor

• Production management: produce production sheets and maintain relevant stock levels
• Uphold product quality whilst achieving yield targets.
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Liaise with the production manager regarding any issues that may arise.
• Ensure health and safety rules and regulations are adhered to within production.
• Uphold DARD, Beef labelling, and Environmental health regulations.
• Packing and labelling meat.
• Picking and preparing orders.
• Preparing stock for production.
• Adhering to all health & safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements – Warehouse Supervisor

• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
• Proven ability to direct and co-ordinate operations.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to changing priorities based on business needs.
• Previous experience in a food production environment.
• Food hygiene knowledge.
