  • Track daily progress and ensure timely reporting on repair/refurbishment output.
  • Assist in the development of a future repair center, focusing on workflow and turnaround efficiency.
Team Management
  • Lead and support the warehouse and refurbishment team, ensuring task clarity and productivity.
  • Provide on-the-job training, performance feedback, and foster a collaborative work culture.
  • Promote accountability and ensure high standards are maintained at all times.
Process & Efficiency Improvement
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in warehouse and refurbishment processes.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support broader business goals.
Reporting & KPI Monitoring
  • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
  • Use data to inform decisions and continuously optimize team performance.
Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a key point of contact between Cardiff warehouse operations and Anker’s regional and global teams.
  • Chinese language skills are a plus to facilitate communication with HQ or suppliers when needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: At least 4 years in a warehouse, logistics, or operations supervisory role, ideally within a fast-paced or electronics-related industry.
  • Language: Proficient in English; Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
  • Leadership: Experience managing teams, with solid interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Systems & Tools: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and data tracking/reporting tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Education: Background in logistics, supply chain, or operations management is desirable.
