We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Bristol Service Centre. Your role will be to ensure efficient and compliant warehouse operations, managing contracts according to SLAs and internal processes.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure all warehouse activities meet client requirements and contractual SLAs/KPIs. Handle pick requests, inbound stock, and sortation processes. Work alongside the Warehouse Manager to train staff and implement process improvements for smooth operations.

Required skills:

• Experience in warehouse/logistics supervisory roles
• Understanding of Health and Safety regulations in a warehouse setting
• Computer literacy and adaptability to new software
• Ability to work independently
• Experience dealing with courier-related queries

The successful candidate will need to undergo a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Conditional offers are subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
