Workchain is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client in Basildon on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this is an exciting time to be joining our client with a busy working environment and business growth plans throughout 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Following all warehouse procedures in line with company guidelines

Ensure warehouse operations are running smoothly and on target

Report and shortages or damages to the warehouse supervisor

Booking freight in and out for despatch with the relevant teams

Ensure the warehouse colleagues maintain a clean and tidy warehouse operation

Work as part of a busy warehouse and operations team

Key Experience and Qualifications:

Hold a current Counterbalance FLT Licence, have an experience of warehouse supervision, order picking, packing, operations, loading and unloading and work history due to referencing and CAA (aviation security checks).

The role will be working on a Monday to Friday, rotating 7.00am to 3.30pm, 11.30am to 8.00pm and 9.00am to 5.30pm, an element of flexibility will be needed during busy periods with different start and finish times needed.

The starting salary is 32.5kpa, with excellent company benefits.
