Job summary

Siemens Energy Industrial Turbomachinery Ltd. is seeking a Storesperson to manage warehouse operations, receive and store materials, pick and pack orders for global dispatch, and move goods with manual handling equipment. You will use SAP/WMS to keep accurate records and participate in stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficient material flow. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with advantageous forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dynamic warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems, especially SAP.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
• Forklift Operator License is advantageous but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational logistics training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch to domestic and international destinations.
• Operate manual handling equipment (pallet jacks) to move goods safely.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles and handle goods to prevent damage.
• Use SAP or similar WMS to maintain accurate inventory records and process transactions.
• Participate in perpetual stock counting and cycle counts to boost inventory accuracy.
