Job summary

Kepak Group is hiring for a Warehouse/Stores Operative at Kepak St. Merryn in Merthyr Tydfil. The role is full-time and permanent, operating 3 days on / 3 days off from 6.00am to 6.30pm, at £15.01 per hour.

You will handle goods inwards, stock control, and issue materials to production while following health and safety standards and company policy.

Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse/Stores skills desirable.
• Forklift Licence preferable.
• Numeracy and Literacy skills.
• Excellent attention to details.
• Confident working within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Goods Inwards - receiving packaging materials, booking in on system, general stock control, issuing materials to production, stock checks.
• General stores duties.

Kepak St. Merryn in Merthyr Tydfil has combined beef and lamb processing and packing facilities. We offer beef and lamb products ranging from retail ready cuts for butchers' counters to branded packaged meat, all as part of our service; raised on open pastures, sourced from local farmers and hand-selected by our master butchers, we produce beef and lamb products with integrity and unmatched quality assurance.

Job Purpose:

Goods Inwards - receiving packaging materials, booking in on system, general stock control, issuing materials to production, stock checks.
