Job summary

Asda in the United Kingdom is seeking an ALS Stock and Systems Manager to oversee warehouse operating systems and drive stock integrity across our distribution centres.

You will act as the site’s technical co-ordinator, providing expert support on all warehouse systems and leading continuous improvement through auditing, coaching and strong site communications. Some weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Organised with strong communication and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of warehouse operating systems.
• Ability to coach and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as site's technical co-ordinator for warehouse systems.
• Drive stock integrity and process compliance through audits and coaching.
• Provide updates to depot management on stock, accuracy and kit management.
• Lead continuous improvement plans and effective way-of-working rollout.
