Warehouse Stock Checker - Lutterworth - £23,907

Own transport required

The position

• This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Lutterworth.
• Rate of pay: £23,907 per annum.
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a daily 30-minute unpaid break.
• Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts from 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, & 10pm-6am.
• Working Environment: Ambient.
• Full driver's licence and own transport required.

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Assistant

As a Warehouse Stock Assistant, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment to ensure the accuracy of stock entering or leaving the depot.

Activities may include working across multiple workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, many of which involve manual handling.

Job activities

• Audit the inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
• Audit picker accuracy for stock destined for stores and investigate errors.
• Follow audit and error verification procedures consistently.
• Maintain integrity at all times.
• Achieve productivity levels aligned with customer expectations.
• Review daily targets in accordance with customer needs.
