Warehouse Stock Checker - East Kilbride - £23,907

The position

• This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in East Kilbride.
• Rate of pay: £23,907 per annum.
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours per week, plus a daily 30-minute unpaid break.
• Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, shifts between 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm.
• Working Environment: Mixed.

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Operative

You will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to ensure the accuracy of stock entering or leaving the depot.

Activities may include working across multiple workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, many of which involve manual handling.

Job activities

• Audit the inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
• Audit picker accuracy for stock destined for stores and investigate errors.
• Follow audit and error verification procedures consistently.
• Maintain data integrity at all times.
• Achieve expected productivity levels aligned with customer expectations.
• Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.
