Location: Doncaster

Salary: £25,389 per annum

Additional Info: Own transport preferred - multiple roles available

The Position

• Full-time, permanent role based at our customer's distribution centre
• Rate of pay: £25,701 per annum
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours, plus a 30-minute unpaid daily break
• Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 08:00-17:00
• Working Environment: Ambient

A Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Stock Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to ensure accurate stock management during inbound and outbound processes.

Your activities may include working across multiple workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, which involve manual handling.

Job Activities

• Audit inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program
• Audit picker accuracy for stock destined for stores and investigate errors
• Follow audit and error verification procedures diligently
• Maintain integrity and accuracy at all times
• Achieve productivity levels aligned with customer expectations
• Review daily targets to meet customer requirements

Job Requirements

• Ability to respond actively to verbal instructions and audible warnings
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
