Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity in Kettering is seeking Warehouse Stock Auditors to join our site-based team and perform daily physical stock checks. You will verify pallets, cages and loads against paperwork, report discrepancies, and help ensure accuracy before dispatch.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work to daily targets in a fast-paced environment with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic calculations.
• Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be aged 18+.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads.
• Check outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests.
• Verify inbound deliveries and report discrepancies.
• Record audit outcomes clearly and accurately.
• Escalate stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally.
• Work to daily targets and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues.
• Follow site safety procedures and work efficiently in a mixed environment.
