Warehouse Stock Auditor - Northampton - £23,907

The position

  • This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Northampton.
  • Rate of pay: £23,907 per annum
  • Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a daily 30-minute unpaid break
  • Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm
  • Working Environment: Mixed

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Operative

As a Warehouse Stock Operative, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to ensure the accuracy of stock entering or leaving the depot.

Activities may include working across multiple workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, most of which involve manual handling.

Job activities

  • Audit the inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
  • Audit picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate errors.
  • Adhere to audit and error verification procedures at all times.
  • Maintain integrity at all times.
  • Achieve productivity levels in line with customer expectations.
  • Review daily targets according to customer expectations.

Job specifics
