Warehouse Stock Assistant - Pineham - £23,907

The Position

• This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer’s distribution centre in Pineham.
• Rate of pay: £23,907 per annum
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a 30-minute unpaid break each day
• Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, shifts between 11 am - 7 pm
• Working Environment: Freezer

A Day in the Life of a Warehouse Stock Operative

As a Warehouse Stock Operative, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to ensure the accuracy of stock entering or leaving the depot.

Your activities may vary, requiring you to work across multiple workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, most of which involve manual handling.

Job Activities

• Audit the inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
• Audit picker accuracy for stock destined for stores and investigate errors.
• Adhere to audit and error verification procedures at all times.
• Maintain integrity at all times.
• Achieve productivity levels in line with customer expectations.
• Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.
