Warehouse Stock Assistant - Cumbernauld - £23,907

The position

• This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Cumbernauld.
• Rate of pay: £23,907 per annum
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a 30-minute unpaid break daily
• Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 06:00-14:00, 10:00-18:00 & 14:00-22:00
• Working Environment: Chilled

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Operative

As a Warehouse Stock Operative, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to ensure stock accuracy during entry and exit from the depot.

Your activities may include Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, often requiring manual handling.

• Audit picker accuracy for stock destined for stores and investigate errors.
• Follow audit and error verification procedures consistently.
