Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Stock Assistant to join our team in Northampton. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our distribution centre.

Key Details

• Salary: £23,907 per annum
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid break
• Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, with shifts from 06:00-14:00, 10:00-18:00, and 14:00-22:00
• Environment: Chilled

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Stock Operative, you will:

• Work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Conduct inbound checks, picker accuracy audits, and load adherence checks
• Handle stock manually and maintain accuracy in stock movements

• Audit inbound deliveries for accuracy
• Investigate discrepancies and errors in stock
• Follow audit procedures diligently
• Maintain data integrity and achieve productivity targets
