Warehouse Stock Assistant - Lutterworth - £23,907

Own transport required

The position
  • This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Lutterworth.
  • Rate of pay: £23,907 per annum.
  • Weekly hours: 37.5 hours, plus a daily 30-minute unpaid break.
  • Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, with 8-hour shifts from 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am.
  • Working Environment: Ambient.
  • Full driver’s license and own transport required.
A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Assistant

You will work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to ensure accuracy in stock movements entering or leaving the depot. Your activities may include tasks across multiple workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, which may involve manual handling.

Job activities
  • Audit inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries.
  • Audit picker accuracy for stock destined for stores and investigate errors.
  • Follow audit and error verification procedures.
  • Maintain data integrity.
  • Achieve productivity levels in line with customer expectations.
  • Review daily targets accordingly.
