• This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Faversham.
• Rate of pay: £24,453 per annum.
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a daily 30-minute unpaid break.
• Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 06:00-23:59.

Own transport is preferred.

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Assistant

You will work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to ensure stock accuracy for inbound and outbound goods. Your activities may include Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, often involving manual handling.

• Audit inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
• Audit picker accuracy for stock destined for stores and investigate errors.
• Follow audit and error verification procedures consistently.
• Maintain data integrity at all times.
• Achieve productivity levels aligned with customer expectations.
