Warehouse Stock Assistant - Dartford - £24,453

Position Details
  • Full-time permanent position at our client's distribution centre in Dartford
  • Salary: £24,453 per annum
  • Weekly hours: 37.5 hours, with a 30-minute unpaid break daily
  • Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 14:00-22:00
Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be part of a dynamic team working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, ensuring accurate stock handling for inbound and outbound shipments.

Your activities may include tasks across multiple workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, involving manual handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit inbound deliveries for accuracy
  • Audit picker accuracy and investigate errors
  • Follow audit procedures and maintain data integrity
  • Achieve productivity targets and review daily goals
  • Participate in overtime and training programs
  • Utilize onsite parking and engage in recognition programs
Candidate Requirements
  • Ability to respond to verbal instructions and alarms
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must be 18 years or older
