Warehouse Stock Assistant - Aylesford - £24,453

The position

• This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Aylesford.
• Rate of pay: £24,453 per annum.
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a daily 30-minute unpaid break.
• Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 22:00-06:00.
• Working Environment: Mixed.

A day in the life of a Warehouse Assistant

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to ensure the accuracy of stock entering or leaving the depot.

Activities may include working across multiple workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, which often involve manual handling.
