Job Description Summary

Based at Resonant Clinical Services in #Chorley UK, the warehouse operative will work in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of inbound, outbound, and IT-related tasks as part of our Distribution & Warehouse Operations.

Resonant Clinical Services specialises in sourcing, supplying, servicing, and providing end-of-study support for medical and laboratory equipment used in the clinical trial industry. We currently supply specialist medical equipment worldwide, and our customer base and geographical reach are expanding daily.

The team

Our team consists of 9 passionate and committed members. We offer a positive atmosphere, and due to the nature of our business, the warehouse is a clean, organised, and highly structured environment.

Role Details

This is a full-time position (Monday – Friday, no overtime or night shifts) based at our Chorley site in Buckshaw Village.

What we are looking for

• Experience: Previous experience in picking & packing, goods in & out, dispatch & returns
• Knowledge: Stock evaluation and inventory management
• IT Skills: Strong system skills including Outlook, Excel, and SAP or ERP
• Communication: Good written and verbal skills
• Organisation: Excellent organisational skills with diligence
• Reliability: Dependable and proactive
• Additional: FLT licence and valid truck licence are a plus
• Physical Ability: Ability to meet the physical demands of the job

How you will thrive and create an impact

You will manage the movement of shipments from the shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas. This includes verifying and recording incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing items for shipment, inspecting shipments for damages or shortages, and ensuring outgoing shipments meet specifications to support company success.
