Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is hiring for a permanent role based in the Parcelforce network. The position involves unloading and loading parcels, sorting them for delivery routes and preparing trailers, while delivering a friendly, dependable customer service.

Typical hours are 38 per week with overtime opportunities; night shifts and weekend premiums may apply. Competitive benefits include a strong pension and holiday allowance.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 38 [[zworkinghours and days]], with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Tuesday-Saturday 23:00-07:00

Why this role pays off:

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays)
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)

• Unloading / Loading parcels
• Sorting parcels to correct delivery route / preparing trailer ready for the drivers / onward transport
• Providing a friendly, dependable service - whether it's a birthday gift or important business mail
