  • Prepare and manage commercial outputs, reports, and operational metrics.
  • Implement and uphold quality standards across all depot functions.
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly.

Overview

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse and Site Depot Manager to lead and manage the Slough Distribution Centre and associated areas at Little Marlow. Providing readiness of our critical materials of the Plant and associated materials for the business, whilst delivering an operational tempo for our alternative water supply. Ensure stock integrity and assurance of process compliance and regulator adherence to key policies. Securing a safe working environment for all staff.

What you will be doing as a Warehouse & Site Depot Manager

The main areas of focus will include:

  • Manage and coordinate all site activities, including inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Supervise and lead depot staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control procedures.
  • Optimise operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Location: Slough or Little Marlow.

Hours of work: 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
