Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to lead and inspire a dedicated, high-performing team within a dynamic and fast-paced environment—playing a pivotal role in shaping daily operations and driving team success.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will champion operational efficiency by effectively managing team members and resources, ensuring that productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. You will:

• Lead and manage a warehouse team to meet daily targets and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Brief Team Leaders and cover for Shift Managers as needed.
• Input data into WMS operations.
• Ensure accurate, timely loading across all temperature zones within quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Adapt to changing priorities and support the team effectively.

Shift: These positions will work 10.5 hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off basis, on permanent nights between the hours of 18:00 - 06:00.
