iForce Stafford, part of Culina Group, is seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to lead a busy shift in a fast-paced logistics operation. You will manage around 50 staff across multiple workstreams, drive health and safety, and ensure targets and SLA metrics are met while supporting the Shift Manager.

This permanent, full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits, with Monday to Friday rotating shifts. Experience in multi-client environments is desirable; adaptability and strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience of managing teams within a multi-client warehouse environment desirable.
• Process oriented with ability to deliver quality and cost improvements.
• People manager – leads by example and motivates a team.
• Adaptable & responsive to change – monitor workflow and move workforce accordingly.
• Computer literate and able to follow complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Run a busy shift managing around 50 people across various workstreams.
• Oversee HR aspects including attendance, performance, and briefing the team.
• Provide training for new and existing staff to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Support the Shift Manager to ensure timely receipt, pallet build, put away and despatch of stock.
• Support the Shift Manager to achieve efficient receipt and pallet build of returned orders to maintain SLA targets.
• Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained and stock integrity is preserved.
• Manage staffing levels to meet efficiency targets and develop team capabilities.
