Wolseley is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager Nights at Marston Gate to lead a team of Team Leaders and drive efficient night-time warehouse operations. You will oversee fulfilment, ensure quality checks, and coordinate loading to meet customer and internal targets.

The role requires proven leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment and strong knowledge of warehouse management systems. This full-time night shift offers a competitive package and opportunities for professional development.

• Proven experience leading and developing teams within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to manage performance against operational targets and maintain high standards in a results-driven environment.
• Experience in fulfilment or distribution is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a team of 5 Team Leaders, ensuring they manage performance, productivity and day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Oversee the fulfilment operation to ensure orders are picked, quality checked, consolidated and loaded safely and accurately to meet targets.
• Manage recruitment, performance reviews, absence management, coaching and development to build a high-performing team.
• Maintain stock quality and operational accuracy by monitoring default rates, producing shipment documentation and completing warehouse administration.
