Location: Leeds Salary: 38,000 - 40,000 Hours: 40 per week, 2pm - 10pm, Sunday to Thursday
Summary: This role requires an experienced warehouse shift manager who can ensure excellent customer care in a high volume, FMCG environment. You will ensure the distribution centre is compliant to standard operating procedures, overheads are contained within the budgets as well as provide effective leadership to the team and implement a culture of continuous improvement through lean working.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficient operational running of the pick and pack operation
Ensure service centre compliance to SOP and contractual requirements
Provide effective leadership and motivation to the staff
Meet all H&S requirements
Monitor productivity performance and agreed KPIs
Key Skills/Experience:
Managed a team of 40+ in a fast paced, customer focused environment
Continuous improvement mindset using lean techniques
Understand the principles of GDP in a regulated environment
Strong people management skills and able to manage conflict
